It’s not hard to find someone to help you with Self care Personal Service; It’s finding someone who you can trust and depend on that gets tricky. I offer Home-based Personal Service in Strathroy Ont, I have worked in Personal service for over 20 years, beginning with salon services and training into spa services. A few years ago I was encouraged to branch out on my own, and took the leap to do so. I created Halo By Cynthia with you in mind, personal service in a home based studio where you can come and relax during services without the hustle and bustle of a busy salon based studio. Here, you can expect quick response in messaging/emails, appropriate pricing and high quality services with highly regarded training. I have enhanced my training vastly over the last few years now offering salon services, esthetic services and permanent makeup for Brows, and one of my favourites, Negative Ionic Foot baths and specialized Facials. More recently we have added Microneedling techniques and different peels and am excited with our June 2024 launch of the new DPC/IPL/INFRARED/RADIO FREQUENCY MACHINE !
I organize, manage, market and operate the studio myself, and offer a vast variety of services in a one on one setting. YOU are my focus during your appt and offer you the best in service that I can, while educating you in those services and how they better your self care needs. In my health inspected studio, you can expect extremely high standards of cleaning practices, FDA and Health Canada Approved tech and the best of the products available for your appts. What I would expect in spa like treatments I pride myself in offering to you with reasonable rates, with the knowledge to back it. None of which was just an online quick course. I pride myself in high standards and sought out that in education so I can offered not just the service but the no how of how things work to get you the best outcome of every service.

Hello! Welcome to my website for Halo By Cynthia! My name is Cynthia Lammie, Owner and Operator of the Halo By Cynthia! I am a long time selfcare enthusiast whom decided this is what I want to do in my life from a young age. I am a mom, Step-mom, Wife and Gigi to the best family I could ever ask for and couldn’t be prouder of all of them. I love my fur babies and enjoy every second in my studio either with clients or with paperwork and cleaning. I pride myself in offering services of high quality standards and professional products while hosting in a relaxing setting, while educating you with service needs or proper products. I pride myself in high standard training, from facial services to permanent makeup to salon hair services and esthetic services. I always go above and beyond as I am always wanting to help in any way I can, offering you the very best.

Late Policy~
Due to my limitation in upcoming bookings I request clients to be no more than 10-15 mins late we extend that grace period as we understand things happen; However, I book your slot specifically for you, with the allotted time required for your services, so if your late you may not get the complete service done as desired; If you do not call or notify your running late, I will reach out to you after 15 mins and if not response I will mark as a no show.
I request a call/text within 24hrs notice should you require cancellation. Failure to notify may require a deposit for rebooking depending on service/time scheduled; and rebooking may warrant extended booking wait time due to availability restrictions. Failure to cancel with 24HRS notice will result in 50% charge of the service booked. In the event of a no show, no call, you will automatically be charged 100% of the service booked. At which time no other service will be set until either charge for 50/100% are rectified.
Deposits~
$50 plus HST non-refundable deposits are required for any services noted to require deposits (known upon booking consult). This will be specified to you as needed for specific services. If deposit is Not received within 48hrs of booking the appointment WILL BE CANCELLED; As noted in specific email with deposit requirements; Wait times are too long to hold appts for those not committed.
***Deposits are only valid, held for the Service it was set for, not to be transferred to any other Service and you have 1 year from the date of deposit to use as credit should you change your mind.*** After the one year, deposit credit is no longer valid.
***THERE IS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY, FOR ANY INAPPROPRIATE CLIENTS; YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY BE EXCUSED FROM MY BUSINESS. I AM A LEGITIMATE, HIGHLY TRAINED TECHNICIAN, AND HAVE NO PATIENCE FOR INAPPROPRIATE SEXUAL JOKES, INNUENDO'S OR SOLICITATIONS. I DO NOT HAVE TO OFFER THESE SERVICES, AND CAN REFUSE AT ANY TIME IF I FEEL UNSAFE OR UNCOMFORTABLE. THERE WILL BE NO TOLERANCE FOR ANY HARASSMENT OF ANY FORM; IF NOT RESPECTED POLICE COULD POTENTIALLY CALLED IF NEEDED.***
